Riley has over 11 years experience in the fitness industry, and founded Beauchamp fitness and nutrition in May 2007. Riley was born and raised in Burlington where he went to school and excelled in many different sports, including rugby and football. Riley’s journey into health and fitness took off when he began competing in bodybuilding at the age of 19. His competitive nature came out and he became fully engulfed in the science behind the preparation for bodybuilding shows. After competing and placing 3rd in his category, Riley realized that his passion was in the training and preparation for competition. Riley’s passion for training and nutrition has led him to develop a specialized program that incorporates aspects of bodybuilding training, nutrition with a twist of athletic development training. For 11 years, his holistic approach has focused on longevity and overall health. Enjoy the process and the results will come!
Nicole comes from a lifetime of rep sports and competitive gymnastics. She has always valued fitness as a natural way of life and has a determination to help her clients feel the exact same way. Her training and nutrition programs are realistic and goal driven toward a healthy lifestyle her clients can maintain and even enjoy!
Through many years of learning and teaching, Nicole has thrived at Group Fitness Classes. Teaching for several elite gyms here in Burlington, her style brings a lot of energy and creativity as she strives to provide the best workout experience for any exercise level.
Her multiple certifications in TRX, Kettlebell and beginner Yoga training has given her the ability to always keep clients on their toes and challenge them just when they thought it was getting easier! Nicole is very dedicated to the improvement and enrichment of her clients lives.
Courtney started playing sports at a young age and found that hockey really sparked her athletic side. She learned what it meant to be a part of a team, responsibility, communication and to be supportive. Courtney was always training on and off the ice to be the best she could be. She played competitively for Burlington Barracudas, Assumption Crusaders and Robert Bateman Wild. After taking a couple years off due to several concussions Courtney found her athletic passion again when she joined Beauchamp Fitness in early 2017. Overcoming a significant injury has given Courtney the dedication and strength to help individuals succeed. Courtney uses her passion for health and fitness to motivate her clients to accomplish their fitness goals and reach their potential. With guidance, encouragement and support Courtney will help you every step of the way.
Brock is the owner and founder of Body by Studio B. He is a personal trainer who is soon to be completed in the certification of Stott Pilates. Brock has high standards for himself and others and demonstrates them through his dedication and sense of accountability. He takes a full mind and body approach while focussing on full body and core strength. Marta is a CanFit Pro (PTS) certified trainer and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Marta started her training career at GoodLife Fitness where she worked as a trainer, a trainer mentor and team manager for 7 years. During this time, Marta trained and competed as a body builder (figure competitor) at the National level. Being a figure athlete taught her the science of nutrition, discipline, self-control and manipulation of the body through the combination of strength training and nutrition. Over of her career, Marta has focused on continuing her education in order to shift her focus as a trainer from aesthetics to longevity. She has completed certifications in nutrition, spinning and multiple certifications in group exercise. Marta emphasizes the connection between the mind and the body as a priority during her workouts. When training with Marta, you will master the art of training smarter not harder.
Gillian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition) and former professional athlete. After graduating from McGill University, she went on to play professional volleyball in Austria and Italy. Gillian has since worked as a strength coach at McGill University, in Niagara (in the Human Performance Centre at White Oaks Resort & Spa, and the Niagara Academy of Tennis) and most recently in New York City (at SportsLab NYC). Gillian has also been a faculty member in Niagara College's post graduate program 'Exercise Science for Health and Performance' and has written curriculum for Canada Sport for Life's Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) program. Not only does Gillian have experience training professional and amateur athletes, she excels in nutritional programming, mobility / functional training, olympic lifting and general strength training.
Scott is a certified Athletic Therapist and Pedorthist and has been treating privately for 3 years. He completed his first undergraduate degree in Health Promotion from Laurentian University, then continued on to pursue a career in Athletic Therapy completing.. After graduating with a double degree from Sheridan College, he completed the Pedorthic certificate program at Western University.
Scott has been involved with sports throughout his entire life playing competitive hockey in the OHL and internationally for team Canada East at the world junior “A” level. He also competed in competitive golf playing for Laurentian University's golf team. Now, Scott has worked as an AT for a wide variety of sports such as hockey, football, basketball, rugby, lacrosse, and the list goes on. He has also been able to work with elite level athletes in working with the Ryerson Rams hockey team, Toronto Argonauts football, current NHL athletes and at the Pan Am Games Toronto 2015.
Kirsty is a Registered Kinesiologist, Certified Athletic Therapist, and Professor. Her education includes a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University, a Diploma in Sports Injury Management from Sheridan College, and a Master of Science Degree from McMaster University. Upon graduating from Sheridan College, Kirsty went into private practice and has since returned to Sheridan as a faculty member in the Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy).
Kirsty has extensive experience in the “field” of Athletic Therapy where she has worked with a range of sports including football, hockey, volleyball, track and field, lacrosse, and rugby. Kirsty has been a member of the Medical Team for the Ontario and Canada Rugby Union, the Canadian and World Track and Field Championships, the Canada Summer Games, and most recently, the Pan Am Games. When it comes to clinical practice, Kirsty focuses on many different aspects of athletic therapy including Manual Therapy Techniques, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), Cupping, and exercise prescription.
